Biography
I am a second-year PhD student in Biostatistics at Columbia University, advised by Dr. Tian Gu.
Prior to joining Columbia, I received my Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Applied Mathematics at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, advised by Dr. Lin Liu.
My research interests lie at the intersection of Knowledge Transfer, Adaptive Data Fusion, and Generative Modeling, with applications to high-dimensional biomedical data and electronic health records (EHR).
Please feel free to reach out via email for collaboration!
Research Interests
I focus on developing robust statistical learning and adaptive machine learning methodologies to improve the model generalizability and reliability of clinical decision support, advancing precision diagnosis and individualized treatment effects:
- Transfer Learning & Domain Adaptation for risk prediction and time-to-event outcomes;
- Online Learning for real-time model updatings;
- Diffusion Models for high-fidelity, privacy-preserving longitudinal EHR generation;
- Robust Optimization for multi-domain individualized treatment effects (ITE).
